NATIONWIDE SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped in a secure box. Our courier partner is Fastway Couriers. We ship
nationwide at a fee of R89 for mainland areas and R120 for outlying areas. We offer free
shipping for orders over R4500. All orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment,
orders will be processed within 2 business days and confirmed by way of email with the
tracking number. Shipments generally take 2 business days to arrive in metropolitan areas
and 3 days + to regional areas.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

The provision of goods and services by Street Class is subject to availability. In cases of
unavailability, Street Class will refund the client in full within 3 business days. Due to the
nature of our business all consignment sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of your items, you may contact us
within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will exchange it for you or give you a store
credit of the item once it has been returned to us.
The customer is responsible for the extra courier costs associated with the exchange. The
item should arrive back in the condition it was sent out. We will not be liable for any loss or
damage of items once they have been worn.
